Version 1.0 · October 2026
01 · Brand essence
Who we are, why we exist and how we should feel to the merchants we serve.
Brand promise
Turn your products into a brand people remember.
“Hala” (هلا) is how people across Egypt and the Arab world welcome a guest. “Orders” is what every merchant wants more of. Together the name promises a friendly, local platform built around one result: sales.
Give every merchant in Egypt and the Arab world an online store that looks like a real brand and runs like a well-organised business - without code, agencies or setup fees.
Owners of small and growing brands - fashion, home décor, handmade, beauty, electronics - who sell on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp today and want a professional store tomorrow.
We are: Warm, local, patient
We are not: Cold, corporate, foreign
We are: Simple words, honest numbers
We are not: Jargon, hype, small print
We are: Bold, modern, premium
We are not: Cheap, loud, gimmicky
We are: Calm, precise, there when needed
We are not: Over-promising, vague
02 · Logo
The wordmark hides a shopping cart inside the “O” - the moment an order is placed. Use it as supplied; never redraw or retype it.
Keep empty space around the logo equal to the height of the “H” stem on every side. Nothing - text, edges or images - enters this zone.
Wordmark: 96px wide on screen, 25mm in print. Mark: 16px on screen. Below that, switch to the mark.
03 · Color palette
Dark ink and warm paper carry most of every layout. Violet is the brand voice; fuchsia and amber only appear inside gradients and highlights. Click a swatch to copy it.
Aim for this proportion on any page or post.
The colors that make it HalaOrders.
Dark surfaces, hero sections and headings.
Warm light surfaces - never pure grey.
Status and data only, never decoration.
Text must reach WCAG AA (4.5:1). These pairs pass.
04 · Gradients
Our gradients always travel violet → fuchsia → amber, at a 100-120° angle. Use one gradient per view, on the most important thing.
05 · Typography
Plus Jakarta Sans for Latin, IBM Plex Sans Arabic for Arabic. Both are free Google Fonts, so every partner can use them.

09 · In the wild
Our own website is dark and bold. Merchant storefronts carry the merchant’s brand, not ours - HalaOrders stays in the background and lets their products shine.
10 · Voice & tone
Short sentences, real numbers, the merchant’s words. Egyptian-friendly Modern Standard Arabic first, clear English second.
Say what the merchant gets: more orders, less time, more control.
“Orders”, “shipping”, “cash on delivery” - not “fulfilment pipeline”.
Use real features, real stores and real numbers. No invented reviews.
One idea per sentence. Headlines under 10 words.
Start your store in minutes.
Leverage our revolutionary omnichannel solution.
Get an alert for every new order.
Real-time event-driven notification system.
