By creating an account or using HalaOrders, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

The service

HalaOrders provides tools to build an online store, manage products and orders, create landing pages and connect third-party services such as payment gateways, shipping companies and social media pages.

Merchant responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and business information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Sell only lawful products and comply with the laws that apply to your business, including consumer protection and data protection laws.
• Be responsible for the content you publish, including products, prices, images and posts published to connected social pages.
• Handle your customers' personal data lawfully and only for fulfilling their orders.

Connected services

When you connect a third-party service (for example a Facebook Page), you authorize HalaOrders to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant, and you also agree to that service's own terms and policies. You can disconnect at any time.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed according to the plan and billing period you choose on the pricing page. Unpaid subscriptions may lead to the store being suspended until payment is completed.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close stores that violate these terms, the law, or the policies of connected services. You may close your account at any time.

Liability

HalaOrders is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party services, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
