Data Deletion

You can ask HalaOrders to delete your data at any time. This page explains how, including how to remove the data we received from Facebook.

Remove data received from Facebook

  • In your HalaOrders store dashboard, disconnect the Facebook Page from the social publishing settings. We immediately delete the stored Page access token.
  • Or, on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, find HalaOrders and click Remove. This revokes our access.
  • To delete everything we stored about the Page (Page ID, Page name and post history), send us a deletion request using the contact details below with your store name and the Page name.

Delete your HalaOrders account

Send a deletion request from the email or phone number registered on your store. We verify ownership and then delete your account, store and related personal data within 30 days, except data we must keep by law (such as invoices).

Shoppers

If you placed an order on a store hosted by HalaOrders, the store owner controls your order data. Contact the store directly, or contact us and we will forward your request to the merchant.
